The purpose of the Special Meeting is to hear comments and answer questions about the coastal wastewater management project.
Special Meeting of the OL WPCA was called to order at 7:30 PM
Members Present : Frank Chan, Dimitri Tolchinski, Douglas Wilkinson,
Ernest Lorda, Richard Prendergast, and Kurt Zemba, Chairman; First Selectwoman Bonnie Reemsnyder also present
Absent: Donna Bednar, Robert McCarthy, Tom Risom and Andrea Lombard
Chairman Zemba gave an overview of the Wastewater Management project to date. ~The members introduced themselves. ~Jay Sheehan and Dave Prickett, Engineering consultants for the project and Andrew Lord Consulting Attorney for the Project introduced themselves.
Frequently Asked Questions and Answers were distributed to the public in attendance and Chairman Zemba opened up the floor to the public for questions and comments. The FAQs are attached as part of these minutes.
Following comments and questions, First Selectwoman Reemsnyder summarized the Town’s position on the project.
Chairman Zemba thanked the public for the good turnout and comments.
Douglas Wilkinson moved to adjourn and Ernest Lorda seconded the motion.
